A tak kdo si rad\u011bji p\u0159isp\u00ed, sv\u016fj \u017eivot p\u0159izp\u016fsob\u00ed s\u00e1m sob\u011b, kdo nevst\u00e1v\u00e1 levou nohou, je ve zna\u010dn\u00e9 v\u00fdhod\u011b. Pochopiteln\u011b, \u017ee ve v\u00fdjime\u010dn\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech to asi nep\u016fjde, ale nem\u011blo by jich b\u00fdt p\u0159\u00edli\u0161. N\u011bkter\u00fdm lidem v\u0161ak vyhovuje styl rann\u00edch pt\u00e1\u010dat a bud\u00ed se velmi brzy p\u0159irozenou cestou. Zkr\u00e1tka nepot\u0159ebuj\u00ed bud\u00edk. Jak toho doc\u00edlit? Pokud m\u00e1 va\u0161e strava dostatek vl\u00e1kniny, vyprazd\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed je pravideln\u00e9 a v\u011bt\u0161inou v tuto denn\u00ed dobu. Po sedm\u00e9 hodin\u011b je nejv\u00edce aktivn\u00ed \u017ealudek pro p\u0159\u00edjem nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed d\u00e1vky potravy, kterou optim\u00e1ln\u011b vyu\u017eije slezina a slinivka a pr\u00e1v\u011b mezi 9. a 11. hodinou (pozor \u2013 st\u00e1le m\u00e1mena mysli zimn\u00ed \u010das, ne letn\u00ed). Nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed \u00fatlum nast\u00e1v\u00e1 po ob\u011bd\u011b, kdy je aktivn\u00ed srdce a minim\u00e1ln\u011b pracuj\u00ed j\u00e1tra, co\u017e zp\u016fsobuje lehkou \u00fanavu, to proto, abychom vyu\u017eili t\u00e9 chvilky klidu k odpo\u010dinku a sv\u00e9 srdce nep\u0159et\u011b\u017eovali. Po 17. hodin\u011b jsou nejv\u00edce aktivn\u00ed ledviny a j\u00e1tra se nejl\u00e9pe regeneruj\u00ed po 2. hodin\u011b r\u00e1no, kdy bychom m\u011bli je\u0161t\u011b sp\u00e1t.
